Fire
crews tackle Highbridge cattle market blaze
This
was the scene in Highbridge on Wednesday evening (February 20th)
after a fire broke out in an outbuilding at the town's cattle
market.
Two
fire engines from Burnham-On-Sea were called to the scene just
before 7pm after smoke was reported to be billowing out of a covered
building.
The
crews quickly extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet and
fully damped it down.
The
blaze may have been started deliberately, although a fire spokesman
said the exact cause of the incident was unknown.
