A Burnham-On-Sea rock group hit the airwaves across the West Country on Friday (December 5th) when they were featured on a live radio programme.

The Ginger Hitlas, who are well known across Burnham, were interviewed on BBC Radio Bristol and Somerset Sound's afternoon programme.

"Several of our songs, You Sexy Thing and Baggy Trousers, were played and there was an interview with the group," said band member Curly Curtis. "Our audience just keeps growing!" The group are in action at the Pier tavern on Saturday night.
