"A 44 year-old was arrested and later charged with failing to provide a specimem. He has been detained for a court appearance," Mr Mountain told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

The man has been taken to Musgrove Hospital on Saturday and treated for head injuries after the crash, which closed the route for several hours.
