fire crews called to car blaze on M5 motorway
Burnham-On-Sea
fire crews were called to a car fire on the M5 motorway on Saturday
evening (January 24th).
Two
fire engines from Burnham were called out at 7.02pm after a vehicle
was reported to be alight near junction 22 at Burnham.
"Two
fire appliances from Burnham were on scene and used two breathing
apparatus, one compressed air foam and a hose reel jet,"
a fire spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
The
Highways Agency were also called to the scene and blocked off
one lane of the motorway.
