Police probe 'deliberate'
van fire in Brent Knoll
This
van was deliberately set on fire in a quiet country lane near
Brent Knoll during the early hours of Wednesday morning (February
4th).
One
fire engine from Burnham-On-Sea was sent to Wick Road at 4.45am
where they found the scorched van in a laybay.
"The
crews confirmed the van was well alight and got to work extinguishing
it with one hose reel jet," fire spokesman Paul Slavin told
Burnham-On-Sea.com. "This fire was started deliberately."
Police
are investigating whether the van had been stolen.
