In photos: Residents get in a festive mood across Burnham area

Burnham-On-Sea’s Mayor and Mayoress were among the local people getting in a festive mood on Saturday (December 4th) when they attended a number of Christmas events in our area.

St Andrew’s Church in Burnham held its annual Christmas Fair with a wide range of stalls and entertainment attracting a flow of visitors.

And Father Christmas dropped in at the East Huntspill Village Hall Christmas Fayre and also made an appearance at Highbridge’s Apex Park, supported by Mayor Cllr Michael Clarke and Mayoress Maria Clarke.

Meanwhile, mulled wine and mince pies were served up at Ivy Clad Hall in Brent Knoll with all the funds going to St Margaret’s Church.

And The Friends of Burnham Community Centre also held their Christmas Coffee morning to raise cash for their modernisation project, while a festive Coffee morning was also held at Hope Baptist Church in Highbridge.

A Christmas Craft Fayre started at Secret World in East Huntspill on Saturday and continues on Sunday (December 5th) between 10am and 4pm.
