at the opening, Councillor Moreton recalled childhood memories
of the site and said: "Over the past couple of years, the
authority has successfully overseen a dramatic increase in the
numbers of new affordable homes being provided. The South Western

regarded by the Council and has a track record of providing good
quality, well managed homes."
