Burnham-On-Sea
lifeboats in night search for missing man
Both
Burnham-On-Sea's lifeboats were launched at 1.50am this morning
(Sunday, July 11th) to search for a missing person.
Two
RNLI lifeboats and a team of Burnham Coastguards searched for
the man, who was believed to be in the sea at Brean.
"There
was concern for the man, who had been reported to be in the water
at low tide," Burnham RNLI Operations Manager Ricky Holmes
told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
A
helicopter from RAF Chivenor also joined the search for the man,
who was found after several minutes covered in mud walking up
the beach by Coastguards with the early signs of hypothermia.
