Acclaimed singer-songwriter Phil King will be performing a concert at Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Acoustic Club this Thursday (November 18th).
A huge favourite at the town’s annual FolkFest, Phil has also played his ‘folky, bluesy’ songs at the likes of Glastonbury and other music festivals.
Doors will open at the Ritz Club in Victoria Street at 8pm and tickets, costing £5 each to include a buffet supper, are available by calling GC Music on 01278 794434.
“A guitar master with a superb voice, he runs a blues band and an R&B soul group, as well as writing for theatre, dance troupes, TV and film,” the club’s Dominic Wills told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“Now touring widely with his solo show, he’ll be drawing from his two fine albums, Leaves and They Come & They Go. He’s not to be missed.”
