Christmas charity concert to be held in Burnham-On-Sea tonight

-

A fundraising Christmas concert is to be held in Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre tonight (Friday, December 30th).

Highbridge’s Gospel Tabernacle Church is organising the concert, which is called ‘The Reason for Christmas’.

“This will be a concert of Christmas music including classical and more modern music and carols,” organiser Sheila Stone told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“We have a number of excellent supporting artists including Richard Irvine, a pianist from Belfast, oboe player Jane Hempson Brown from Taunton, plus Burnham’s Flutation, a local flute ensemble, and The Tabernacle Singers.”

Entry to the concert will be free of charge, and a collection will be taken in aid of Weston Hospice. The concert will start at 7.30pm.
