Burnham’s MP joins crowds at Brent Knoll fundraising concert

-

Burnham-On-Sea’s MP Tessa Munt was among hundreds of people who attended a successful fundraising Christmas concert in Brent Knoll on Saturday night (November 26th).

An evening of live music was held at Westcroft Cider Farm featuring The Cliff Moore Rock Band, So Watt featuring former Mungo Gerry drummer Jamei Roberts, and solo performer Nathaniel Topping.

“The event was a great success and enjoyed by the big crowds,” one of the organisers, Cllr John Woodman, told Burnham-On-Sea.com. “The auction of a signature guitar played by ‘Red Hot Chili Peppers’ bass guitarist Flea raised £350.”

The event raised funds for the charity Amend, the Association for Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Disorders.
