Staff at Highbridge’s Asda store will be joining forces with local residents next week to save the town’s Apex Park from litter louts as part of a nationwide litter cleaning initiative.
During September every Asda store in the UK will take part in a ‘Big Litter Pick’ by helping to clean up local areas.
The Highbridge store is appealing for members of the local community to volunteer to help clean the park on Wednesday 12th September.
Those wishing to help should meet in the main Apex Car park at 10:30am. For more information, contact Asda’s Kim Blyth at the Highbridge store.
