printing shop boss retires after 51-year career
A
long-running shop manager in Burnham-On-Sea is retiring this week
after a 51-year career in the printing industry.
Brendan
Duffy, 66, will work his final day on Friday after 26 years running
College Press Printers in the town.
"I've
had a fantastic two and a half decades here and many customers
have become good friends who I will miss seeing," he told
Burnham-On-Sea.com.
"I'm
looking forward to a relaxing retirement, playing more golf and
bowls, and enjoying my garden."
He
added: "College Press will continue as usual in the safe
hands of Andrew, my business partner, who will be running the
shop from now on."
