Appeal issued for more Burnham-On-Sea Carnival helpers

With just a few weeks to go before this year's Highbridge and Burnham Carnival, the event's organisers have issued an appeal for more helpers to come forward.

The annual spectacle will be held on Monday November 12th and organisers say they need more programme sellers and donation collectors along its route.

Carnival spokesman John Hodgson told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "This year's carnival will see dozens of floats pass through the streets of Burnham-On-Sea and it will once again attract many thousands of spectators along the route."
