Man
arrested by police after early morning fight in Highbridge
 A
man has been arrested by police following an early morning fight
in the centre of Highbridge this week.
Officers
were called to a brawl involving several people in Church Street
early on Sunday morning (April 15th).
Police
spokesman Wayne Baker told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "Police were
called to reports of a disturbance outside the social club in
Church Street at about 3.45am on Sunday."
"A
40 year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of public
order offences. He was later given a fixed penalty notice and
released."
It
comes a week after Burnham-On-Sea.com first reported here
on a brawl in the centre of Burnham.
