Camper
van blaze causes delays for M5 motorists
Motorists
travelling along the M5 past Burnham-On-Sea faced delays on Saturday
evening (August 4th) after a camper van fire closed two lanes
of the motorway.
Three
fire crews were called at 6.19pm to the southbound carriageway
between junctions 23 for Highbridge and 24 for Bridgwater.
The
vehicle was successfully extinguished using one foam jet and two
sets of breathing apparatus, a fire spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
The cause was accidental.
