future of a clothing shop on Burnham-On-Sea's High Street has
been thrown into question this week after the nationwide clothing
chain went into administration.

are being warned that goods bought in the shop prior to the appointment
of the administrators will not be refunded or exchanged.

The administrators of Peacocks made 249 head office staff redundant
on Thursday in the first round of job losses.
