Boost your fitness by joining Burnham-On-Sea boxing club

A Burnham-On-Sea boxing club has issued an appeal for new members to join its ranks.

Titans Seniors Amateur Boxing Club meets every Wednesday at the Burnham Area Youth Centre in Cassis Close.

Its weekly sessions are held from 7.30pm - 9pm with the aim of improving fitness and competition.

The club has been running for several years now, with the emphasis being on general fitness training and helping members to reach their own potential, whatever that level might be.

"All disciplines and ages are catered for, whether competition, fun or just personal fitness," coach John Swasbury told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

"One of our boxers, Paul Naile, is just working up to his first bout, but you don’t have to fight, and we can help increase your fitness level with a regime to suit you."

Those interested should contact John on 07595 070150 for more details.
