32lb conger eel reeled in by Burnham-On-Sea angler
bumper-sized 32lb 3oz conger eel was reeled in by a fisherman
in the waters off Burnham-On-Sea on Sunday, becoming the biggest
local catch of the year.
Martin Quinn, pictured, netted the eel from his boat to
the west of Stert Island during the latest competition run by
Burnham Boat Owners Sea Angling Association.
