health and wellbeing centre to open in Burnham on Saturday
new Health and Wellbeing Centre will be opening at Burnham-On-Sea's
House in the town's Manor Gardens on Saturday (February 28th).
new facilities will be opening between 11am and 2pm for visitors
to come along, meet the team and hear about the wide range of
courses, workshops and groups that will be available.
spokesperson said: "Our purpose is build a 'community within
the community'. The courses range from Healthy Eating and Exploring
Exercise to Emotional Resilience, Revolution Writers, Relaxation,
Power of Poetry and The Autistic Spectrum Disorder."

We have One-pot Cooking, Ladies Self-Defence Classes and British
