The judges of Burnham and Highbridge’s Christmas shop window competition have praised the efforts of business owners this week.
Town councillors John Parkes and Kate Lawson, pictured, are visiting the best-decorated shop windows across the two towns to pick the winners of the annual contest.
Cllr Parkes told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We’ve been really impressed with the quality of the shop window entries this year. It’s great to see businesses have taken it to heart and decorated their windows in many innovative ways to make our towns more festive.”
The results of the contest, which is run by Burnham and Highbridge Town Council, will be announced on Burnham-On-Sea.com. The prizes will be presented at a council meeting in February.
