The magic carpet will be flying into Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre this June when the Burnham Excellent Entertainment Society (BEES) performs Aladdin Junior.
The society, which has been running for 22 years, will perform the shortened version of the hit show, which has been specially adapted for a younger audience.
32 members of the group, aged from six upwards, are busily rehearsing for the show, which will be performed on Saturday June 11th at 7pm and Sunday June 12th at 3pm.
“They have all been fantastic and are working hard – we are so proud of them all and know it will be a great show,” the group’s Vikki Hart told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
The performances are being directed by BEES member James Ballantyne who played Aladdin when the group originally performed the show many years ago.
