A cafe and coffee shop in Burnham-On-Sea will be holding a special charity fundraiser this Saturday (May 28th).
Relish in College Street is holding a Brave the Shave event for Macmillian Cancer Support to coincide with the Burnham Food & Drink Festival.
The event, running from 1-3pm, will see 6-8 local people being shaved for charity. The ‘Younique’ make-up team will also be coming in to do mini make overs from 1-3pm with proceeds to the charity.
A barbecue will also be held outside the cafe from 9am-4pm offering hand-made burgers from local butchers with 50% of the take going to Macmillan. Further proceeds in the cafe on the day will go to Macmillian.
Saturday will also see the cafe’s launch of its late night opening as a grill house from 6-late and bookings are recommended but not essential.
