Inn to re-open in 2018 as news is welcomed by residents
pub near Highbridge that has been closed for over two years is set
to re-open in February.
Stevens has agreed to lease The Watchfield Inn on The Causeway in
Watchfield to an 'experienced third party operator' and it could
be re-open by mid-February.
Gordon, Chairman of Burnham Without Parish Council, who lives next
door to the property and led a campaign
to save the pub, has welcomed the news.
