dementia-friendly church services celebrate first year
St Andrews Church will celebrate the first year of holding
its monthly Dementia-friendly services this Thursday (20th September).
services are held every third Thursday of the month at 2.30pm in
St Andrews Church.

of sandwiches and cakes.

Sharon Eldergill said: "With the rising incidence of Dementia
countrywide, St Andrews wanted to offer a simple, friendly

to feed the body and soul, as people come and encounter God and
each other during worship, food and friendship."

Bill Hancock, will be reading a lesson, and local MP James Heappey
will be leading The Lords Prayer. All are welcome to attend.
