Bishop
visits St Andrew's School in Burnham as it celebrates 150 years

A
Burnham-On-Sea school which is celebrating its 150th anniversary
this year was visited by the Bishop of Bath and Wells this week.
The
Right Revnd Peter Price, Bishop of Bath and Wells, visited St
Andrew's School in Dunstan Road on Monday to mark the important
milestone in the school's history.
The
Bishop
is pictured presenting a framed plaque to Head Teacher Stephen
James and addressing the school pupils and invited guests.
He
paid tribute to all the hard work that has gone into keeping the
school running over the years.
Last
week, the school opened its doors to put on an exhibition
of collectables from the past 150 years. Former pupils and staff
flocked to the event.
