sackfuls of rubbish collected during Brean beach clean
sackfuls of rubbish were collected by volunteers during a National
Trust beach clean at Brean on Saturday (March 21st).
than 40 volunteers took part in the event at Brean Cove, removing
the rubbish that has been washed up by recent high tides.
Clemmett, the trust's Ranger, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "It
was a very successful day and we thank everyone who came along."

of the rubbish will be turned into art work and put on display
later this year at Brean Down Fort.
