Burnham-On-Sea Inner Wheel supports autistic children

-

Members of Burnham-On-Sea’s Inner Wheel have helped raise funds for autistic children during a fundraising event near Winscombe.

President Sandra Moon and seven other members of the Inner Wheel Club manned a lucky dip stand during a fete at Barton Camp, as pictured.

“There were many other activities that the children could enjoy such as rides on a model railway train, swimming, games and donkey rides,” Sandra told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“A coffee morning and impromptu auction had been held for the above event at the beginning of July which raised a total of £120 and this enabled us to purchase gifts for the lucky dip.”
