Highbridge fundraisers step out for charity during aerobathon

-

More than 30 people took in a fundraising aerobathon in Highbridge on Monday evening (March 7th).

King Alfred Sports Centre was one of a dozen gyms and health centres across the south west taking part in the event to raise money for children’s charity NSPCC.

Kali Wetherden, one of the organisers of the Highbridge event, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were pleased with how it went here at King Alfred Sports Centre – 20 people did an hour of aerobics routines and 14 did 45 minutes of spinning routines, raising around £100 on the night. The collecting box will be in reception all week for other donations.”
