Beaming members of Burnbridge Wanderers Junior Football Club’s under 12s side had an extra reason to smile at the club’s presentation evening at the weekend.
The youngsters won the club’s trophy for team of the year, having had a superb season in their league.
Over 400 players aged 6-15 and their families attended the annual awards night, which was held at the Webbington Hotel. The evening included a raffle which raised over £700.
Youngsters aged 6-15 who are interested in joining the club can attend its signing-on day on Sunday 9th June from 10am-1pm at the Oak Tree Arena.
