A Highbridge man has appeared in court accused of having thousands of indecent images of children and extreme pornography.
William Blake-Moore, 62, allegedly possessed almost 2,500 indecent pictures of children, including still images and movies in Plymouth.
Blake-Moore is further accused of having 4,057 still images and at least 2,000 movies of extreme pornography.
He faced Plymouth magistrates to answer 11 charges of possessing indecent images of children and two of possessing prohibited images of children on July 22nd last year. The court heard the images ranged from the least serious to the most severe category.
Blake-Moore, of Highbridge, who was given unconditional bail, indicated ‘no plea’ to all matters and is due to appear again on June 6th.
