Highbridge’s Morland Community Hall opens its doors to visitors

-

Morland Community Hall and Highbridge Community Youth Club are throwing open their doors for a special open day during September.

On Saturday September 22nd visitors are being welcomed to the hall to see for themselves what facilities it offers and also to give their opinions on what events should be held there.

Community Development Worker Sue Quatermass told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “I am sure there are some in Highbridge that have never even heard of the Morland Community Hall but over the next few weeks we aim to change that.”

“Visitors will be able to see what is already there and give their own ideas about what they’d like to see happening at the hall and youth club.”

“We need your views on what you feel should be catered for on the site and how you would like to see it developed.”

The event will be held from 10am-3pm and will include refreshments, music and games.
