Burnham-On-Sea’s family skating rink is set to open this Saturday (December 23rd) for the Christmas holidays.
Organisers from community group Burnham Events Social Team (BEST) say there will also be a Christmas Market in place during the weekend.
BEST’s Kathy Jones says the rink, to be located on Burnham-On-Sea’s Lynton Road Car Park, will open at 11am on Saturday.
She told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It will open from December 23rd until January 7th. We are also holding a Christmas Market this year on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th December with a range of stalls set up with gifts and crafts.”
“We will also have live music from 11am on the 23rd and visits by Santa.”
Entry onto the rink will cost £4.00 per person per hour. The rink will open daily at 11am with the last skate at 4pm, closing at 5pm.
