An actor who is well known for his appearances on television showed off his tennis skills during a visit to Burnham-On-Sea this week.
Tristan Gemmill, who has appeared in several TV series on BBC and ITV, including The Bill and Eastenders, competed in a tournament at Burnham’s Avenue Tennis Club.
Avenue coach Barry Ramsden told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were delighted to welcome Tristan during this week’s open men’s singles tournament.”
“Several members of his family came along to support him and he attracted a crowd of onlookers.”
“Although he was knocked out in the first round, he played some very good tennis and enjoyed his visit to the club.”
