Pudsey Bear was welcomed to Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge on Thursday (June 27th) as he called in to promote a fundraising event for Children In Need.

The BBC mascot visited Churchfield School, where was he was greeted by cheering children, and the town’s Asda store.

He was also welcomed at Burnham Infants School, the town’s Morrisons store and he even found time to help a workman watering some flowers in Pier Street, as pictured!

Pudsey also called in at Burnham Holiday Village as part of a nationwide tour of Haven holiday parks.

He will be appearing at a fun day at Burnham Holiday Village this Sunday (June 30th), which will be open to the general public.

The event will take place from 10.30am-4pm and will include live music, a barbecue, face painting, a puppet show, pony riding, an emergency services display and more – all for Children In Need.
