Motorists are being warned that Burnham-On-Sea’s M5 motorway junction will be closed tonight (Wednesday).
The northbound and southbound entry sliproads at junction 22 for Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge will be closed to allow Highways England to carry out survey work.
The closure will begin at 8pm tonight but both roads are scheduled to be re-opened by 6am tomorrow morning (Thursday).
Highways England says diversions will be in force and clearly sign-posted throughout the closure to allow the work to go ahead.
